Calvados Pays d'Auge "Original"
Despite its young age, this "Original" is rather complex, with citrus and green apple aromas really of remarkable workmanship. The apples are pressed, and the cider, about six months after fermentation, carries out a double distillation, and then refines for two years in wooden vats and barriques. Domaine Dupont's Calvados Pays d'Auge is very versatile, and we recommend trying it at the end of dinner in combination with dark chocolate desserts. What a pleasure!

TASTING NOTES
In the glass it has a pale and pale yellow color, almost tending to white. The nose is decisive and fine at the same time, layered in presenting aromas of green apple, citrus and flowers. On the palate it is fresh and soft, round, rich, with a very persistent finish.
