Grappa of character distilled in the small still with direct fire of the old distillery destroyed in the flood that hit the Valley in 2000. The barrels were recovered but the loss of documents did not allow the certification of aging and everything remained stationary for years. Using modern analytical techniques, the distillation year can be indicated in 1983. Today it presents itself with the vigor of a great distillate, with intense and lasting flavors, nuances of smoke, tobacco and spices and with the charm of the most genuine mountain tradition.
