Steam distilled directly from the pomace of the Prié Blanc vine in small discontinuous copper stills.
The Blanc de Morgex biotype is considered an autochthonous vine of the Aosta Valley where it is cultivated on the slopes of Mont Blanc up to 1,200 meters above sea level.
Here the original vines are planted because phylloxera has never affected this warrior vine that generates a Grappa of great finesse, with intense aromas of fresh grapes, elegant, soft and pleasant flavors, tending to rennet apple and pineapple.
