Intense ruby red color with lively, brilliant reflections softened by slight violet traces. Intense, ethereal bouquet, with a bitter taste of licorice, dried rose and tar, together with inebriating, warm and spicy aromas. Traditional method with long maceration: natural fermentation without adding yeasts for up to 40 days in stainless steel tanks. Recommended with meat, game and aged cheeses typical of the local cuisine, but also very suitable with all the rich dishes of international cuisine.
