Sarmassa is exposed to the South East and the soil has the typical characteristics of the Helvetian period: predominantly very compact clayey limestone. Decisive garnet red, it has an intense aroma with a clear hint of wild rose, vanilla and licorice. Blend the resin and tobacco. Full, elegant taste with evident tannins. In the mouth, a beautiful tannic texture supports the wine until closing. Excellent length.
