The Plaga dell'Oratorio di San Lorenzo is a small valley surrounded by unspoiled nature, a mystical place where monks have lived over the centuries. The microclimate in this area is unique. In fact, the vineyard is positively affected by the influence of the surrounding forest which, in addition to providing clayey silt nutrients, gives rise to significant temperature changes, the area is often hot during the day and very cool in the evening. The very ripe grapes generate a very intense and persistent flavour. Dense nose of concentrated small dark berries, cocoa, pepper and other spices. Authoritative on the palate, of great phenolic maturity, soft and round but with good freshness.
