La Peschiera di Pacino-Pacino Raina
Obtained from 100% Trebbiano Toscano grapes, harvested in early September. Vinified with 7-day maceration on the skins in steel containers. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging on the fine lees for 8 months. At least 2 months of rest in the bottle before marketing. Simple and frank wine, an essential everyday wine considering the price, the viticulture, the wholesomeness of the product.

Vinification: 7 days of maceration in stainless steel. Fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Unfiltered, Unclarified. Without added sulfites.
Refinement: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: An everyday wine, fruity and fresh. An artisanal wine to drink, not taste, together, every day.
