The Pernand-Vergelesses 1er cru "Ile des Vergelesses" by Chandon de Briailles is an intense, complex and fine wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Refines for 24 months in barrique. Intense ruby red to the eye. The nose quickly develops olfactory sensations of fresh fruit, then enriched by hints that veer towards the spicy. In the mouth it has a light structure, with a rich and flowing sip, characterized by a thin and finely integrated tannin. After harvesting, the pinot noir grapes are taken to the cellar, where they are vinified with rigor and attention, until the end of the bottling operations. A label that offers a lot in its youth for its freshness, but which can really age with great potential.
