Giallo d'Arles - Quintodecimo

All the Quintodecimo whites come from vineyards each dedicated to a specific variety, wines naturally influenced by the vintage in the expression of their most characteristic character. Giallo d'Arles is an extreme and rigorous interpretation of Greco di Tufo. It is a cru produced with grapes from the vineyard of the same name located in Tufo, in the heart of the appellation. The typical yellow-gold color is made even more intense by the short stay, during fermentation, in small oak barrels and by the complete absence of fining interventions. This is how a rich and textural white is born, of great texture, to be discovered.
