Riva Longa Croatina Passita is a soft red wine with great structure obtained from grapes dried on the vine. Refined and voluptuous, the sip releases warmth and nuances of overripe, almost distilled fruit, before turning to salt and tannin. An expressive wine of great length and depth, a combination of refinement and rusticity. When the hunting season starts again and game becomes available again, organize a lunch in the countryside with friends. Prepare the hare stew and uncork a bottle of Riva Longa, set the table outside and enjoy one of the last sunny days of the season. Rusticity and elegance, bite after bite, sip after sip.
