Stephane Regnault Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut 'Dorien 45' comes from only Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Les Hautes-Mottes vineyard, in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where the surface soil is very fine while the subsoil is made up of very pure chalk and compact. The Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut 'Dorien 45' by Stephane Regnault has a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. The sense of smell extends over sensations of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit, fresh flowers and dried fruit, combined with strong chalky mineral puffs. In the mouth it is dry, refreshing and smooth, supported by a pleasant savory-mineral vein that gives tension. Very long and elegant closure on fruity and floral perceptions.
