This Maison is located in the Côte des Bar area, the southern part of Champagne. Pascal Gerbais is the soul of the winery, has always been committed to sustainable viticulture and to do this he intervenes as little as possible in the winemaking phase. The Loge we are talking about now is made of 100% Pinot Blanc which rests on the yeasts for 36 months. Champagne of great refinement and finesse; hints of fruit and flowers, with an enveloping softness on the palate.
