The Champagne Oeil de Perdrix from Domaine Dehours is the result of a blend of 83% Meunier and 17% Chardonnay from old vines. Floral Extra Brut Champagne, of great finesse and freshness. Limited edition product. The Dehours & Fils Champagnes come from a Domaine of around 14 hectares located in Mareuil-le-Port, a village in the Vallèe de la Marne, west of Epernay. The Domaine is formed by a mosaic of 42 vineyards, scattered in the villages of Mareuil-le-Port, Oeuilly, Troissy, diversity of sun exposure, subsoil, vines, height, age of the vineyards gives, consequently, many nuances to work with .
