Copinet Champagne is the result of 100% Chardonnay from the vines of the Lieu dit la Grande Montagne. On the nose nuances of clay soil, with notes of vine peach, ginger, sunflower and warm apple. The first impression on the palate is rich and spicy, with a creamy and soft effervescence. The Champagne develops a pulpy and coated fruit matter, supported by an integrated acidity of fleshy fruit. It comes from the calcareous soil of Mongenost in Sézannais. The label of this cuvée perfectly represents the texture of the soil.
