For those who prefer a more tender consistency, the CUT Porcini mushroom is ideal. It is produced by selecting a larger and more mature mushroom and then cutting it into more or less large pieces. For this reason it remains softer and softer than the WHOLE Porcini mushroom. The latter, more crunchy and firm, is the result of a careful and meticulous selection of younger mushrooms and therefore with a more compact meat.
