Trenta Rosé Extra Brut Doc-Maso Martis

A Trentodoc rosé Extra Brut vintage made from only Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the hills of Martignano, located just above the city of Trento. Classic method with a splendid pink colour, obtained from a short cold maceration, followed by fermentation and refinement in steel tanks. It is then bottled for refermentation in the bottle, at the end of which the wine rests for a minimum of 36 months. The result is a Trentodoc of excellent complexity with aromas ranging from small red fruits to dog rose, accompanied by nuances reminiscent of brioches and almonds. On the palate it is juicy and enveloping, a tasty sip, made very pleasant by a well-integrated perlage and a refreshing acidity.
