The Playing With Fire Champagne by Maison Jérôme Lefèvre is a parceled, unique and special Cuvée Rosé. Fruit of 90% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir harvested from old vineyards near the village of Essômes-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne. Base 2018 vintage with spontaneous fermentation, in oak barrels without any dosage. It is an expressive and lively Rosé, decidedly contemporary with a strong typicality given by the terroir of origin. Characterized by an intense fruit and a very subtle carbonation which makes them perfect for gastronomy.
