Clo Clo Dosaggio Zero Rosé-Alessandra Divella

The “Clo Clo” Divella is a Classic Method Rosè with an energetic sip and a taut, broad body that belongs, together with Ninì and Dady, to the line of Cuvéès with reserve wines. The Zero Dosage “Clo Clo” is a sparkling wine vinified in pink with Pinot Neroi grapes that come from calcareous and clayey soils, from vineyards located at 350 meters above sea level. Systemic treatments and weed control are banned in the vineyard. Divella's "Clò Clò" is a rosé sparkling wine, feminine, elegant and with great personality. To the eye it presents a splendid intense pink with intriguing textures due to the non-filtration and non-clarification before bottling. It gives enveloping notes of small red fruits to the nose with fresh and balsamic touches of aromatic herbs.
