Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero-Alessandra Divella
The Classic Method Sparkling Wine Dosaggio Zero Blanc de Noir by Alessandra Divella is undoubtedly among the best artisanal Italian bubbles, a crystalline expression of the genuine face of Franciacorta. The Blanc De Noir Zero Dosage Classic Method is obtained only from Pinot Noir grapes, grown only with the aid of copper and sulphur. Divella's Classic Method Blanc De Noir Dosaggio Zero has a bright golden colour, with a fine and persistent bubble. The nose is composed and rigorous, but at the same time it does not skimp on saline puffs and a very refined floral note. In the mouth it is multidimensional, it has fleshiness, structure, fatness, saltiness and enlivening freshness, as well as a considerable length.
