Franciacorta Riserva Brut Nature 2009-Rizzini
A Brut resulting from a selection of grapes and vinified only in the best years. The grapes coming from a single vineyard are then harvested manually and, after fermentation in steel, partially aged in barrique for 60 months. This brings complexity and aromas of great value. Of a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, this Franciacorta expresses the characteristics of the territory which translate into a taste/olfactory complexity that goes from lime to the fragrance of the bread crust and then ends savory and fruity. Rizzini bases its production philosophy on the extreme valorisation of the territory. In fact, the grapes come exclusively from a single vineyard, at the foot of the hills of Monticelli Brusati, where vines have always been grown.
