Franciacorta Brut Satèn-Le Cantorìe

Franciacorta Saten is a typical product of the Franciacorta area. It stands out from all the other types because it is composed only of white grapes, and we only use Chardonnay grapes (no pinot bianco). Silkiness, finesse and elegance: these are the main characteristics of Brut Saten. Its intense and fruity aroma, with nuances of bread crust, and its full creamy taste, but at the same time sweet and fresh, in order to achieve a HARMONY of tastes. The secret of this is the long period of refinement: Saten bottles spend a minimum of 30/36 months on their yeasts, much longer than the minimum times indicated by the specification.
