It is the bottle that celebrates the parish priest who inspired and guided the farmers who founded this social cellar. It is a selection of historic vineyards, as was done in the past. Elegant, balanced, decisive, very long-lived. Aged in oak barrels for thirty months and subsequently in the bottle, it is offered today, six years after the harvest when it has reached good drinkability while maintaining excellent aging potential. Full-bodied, intense fruit and very compact on the palate, this Riserva is a tribute to the great Barbarescos of the past when the best grapes from the finest vineyards, instead of being vinified separately, were always blended to produce the "best possible wine.
