L'extravertie Extra Brut-Pertois Lebrun
One of their entry Champagnes, 100% Chardonnay produced from the youngest vines scattered across their Cote de Blanc estates where the chalky soils enhance the great aromatic properties of the grapes. After pressing, the grapes ferment for 10 months on the yeasts in both steel and wooden vats, also completing the malolactic fermentation. Afterwards, without clarifying or filtering, they refine in the bottle for 4 years before disgorgement. An Extra Brut dosage bubble that presents buttery hints mixed with dried fruit, elegant and harmonious on the palate with an impressive acidity that accompanies a pleasant creamy and mineral sensation on the finish.
