Les Rachais-Francis Boulard & Fille

Les Rachais is a champagne produced with ancient artisan methods by the Maison Francis Boulard, the Chardonnay grapes that are used to produce this Champagne are grown according to organic and biodynamic viticulture methods, on the slopes of the Petite Montaigne de Reims. The aging in wood and the 60-month rest on the yeasts contribute to giving complexity and depth to this Champagne. The Champagne Les Rachais in the glass is an elegant intense straw yellow with a very fine but persistent perlage, the nose is rich in aromas of white pulp fruit, citrus fruits and dried fruit with light oxidative tones. In the mouth it is tense and energetic, harmonious and creamy with a fresh and savory finish. A Champagne for connoisseurs.
