The Champagne Vieilles Vignes Millesimato by Francis Boulard is an elegant and complex Blanc de Blancs, obtained from Chardonnay with vinification in oak barrels and aging on the yeasts in the bottle for 36 months. The aromatic profile is intense and mineral, with traces of citrus fruits, white flowers and toasted bread. The Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes was born in a small Maison with a typically family character, which despite its recent foundation, can count on the experience of 6 generations of winemakers. In the glass it has a golden straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The sip is rich, with delicate fruit and a fresh and saline finish. It is an ideal Champagne to taste with delicate fish dishes.
