Momi Pinot Bianco Pas Dosé-Il Pendio
Winery founded in 1988 by Gigi Balestra, the year in which the first vineyards were planted, it has been led since 2004 by Michele Loda. The wines are produced with indigenous yeasts and very little sulfur used, with the classic method made without any use of dosage, while for the post-disgorgement top-up only the same wine refined on the yeasts is used, therefore giving up potential sales in order to give a most authentic expression possible. The fruits for the production of reds ripen from Cabernet Franc. Grumpy and generous, gruff who winks, severe upon entry but then enveloping, nervous and thoughtful.
