Il Contestatore Pas Dosé-Il Pendio

Il Contestatore is an elegant sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes from two of Michele Loda's best vineyards. The second fermentation lasts 60 months. The wines are produced with indigenous yeasts and very little sulfur used. Chardonnay is certainly the protagonist, but Pinot Blanc contributes to some wines, giving its characteristic freshness. The riddling is done manually bottle by bottle up to 1400 per month. The nose expresses itself with intense hints of bread crust, ripe fruit and mineral notes. In the mouth it is remarkably fresh, tense, harmonious and elegant. A powerful straw yellow wine with fine and persistent perlage.
