Franciacorta Brut Millesimato 2018-Rizzini

Rizzini succeeds, producing Franciacorta from a single vineyard of just 2 hectares. The grapes used for Franciacorta Brut 76 months derive from a single grape variety: Chardonnay. The grapes are therefore harvested by hand and taken to the cellar. Of an intense golden yellow colour, the Franciacorta Brut 76 months has a fine and elegant bubble, decidedly persistent. The nose that leaves you speechless thanks to its very long refinement. Notes of bread crust and white pulp fruit are perceived. Tasting confirms itself as a Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine with persuasive and very elegant contours, decidedly persistent. Ideal with the delicacy of lobster or lobster, it also goes well with crudités and red prawn tartare.
