Franciacorta Millesimato Dosage Zéro 2016-Rizzini

Rizzi's Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine has a bright light yellow color with golden green reflections. The white foam, intense with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, in a complex bouquet, the white fruit pulp stands out. The great attention in the winemaking phases and the long aging on the yeasts give this wine complexity, elegance and softness. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested manually, followed by soft pressing with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and partial aging in barrique. The refinement takes place for 8 months in steel and barrique, then for another 80 months in the bottle on its own yeasts, followed by manually performed remuage and disgorgement before being put on the market.
