Cabernet Sassosolo-Azienda Agricola

I Luoghi is a small emerging wine producer in the DOC area of ​​Bolgheri. The company is located in Castagneto Carducci (LI), very authentic wines are vinified on 3.5 hectares of vineyards. Under the guidance of Stefano Granata, who in 2000 decided to become a winemaker more from an impulse than from market analysis considerations. I Luoghi only produces around 15,000 bottles a year. Without compromise, wines are produced here that reflect the character of the people involved. Slightly ethereal nose, tertiary aromas and cherry compote. The palate shows aromas of fresh herbs and delicate dark chocolate, with the wine having great fullness in the mouth. The tannins present are fine grained, with the wine finishing with a long finish.
